This place trash, foods are too greasy with no great combination. First food i tried, almost threw up, most of the food they are only shrimp. Recommended NOT to go.
Cheap, good value... good service...save money
Food is good here.
I always stop by buying some food in this spot. I liked the quick service and well made dishes. I recommend this place.
In the middle of the taste, nearby residents can come here to eat!
I always come getting some food here. I like the prompt customer service and well cooked food. Fantastic work.
good food, usually busy 7 days a week.
Decent food. Transitional Chinese food w fair prices. Not the best food ever but feels like the typical Chinese meal you've had w parents as a kid.
Great selection, go early and there are many more options. Suprisingly for an Asian buffet they have really good FRIENDLY service
4 stars for a clean and very nice looking bathroom upstairs. Had a dinner party here and the portions are a bit small but they were good for the most part. Their soup was actually pretty awful because it had to much corn starch but that was my only gripe.
One of the best place to eat breakfast in this area.
Great place to eat.
I was there recently for dim sum and they had a wide selection but some are not available until 11am, also, you have to go towards the kitchen area for the special dishes and order or request someone to plate it for you. I would go back and recommend friends as well. Go early on weekends or be prepared to wait.
One of te best dim sum places around!
So far this is the best "Cha" in Flushing, they generally have better quality of food. Just beware of things made with "Durien" sometimes is not really fresh but will not kill you or make you sick, I'm just very picky. Is generally a good restaurant.
I really enjoyed their food. I always get good service there. The place is well organised and the employees are always helpful. I highly recommend this place.
They were better than this. Don't know why there ain't much cart being push around during weekend peak dim sum hour. Guess they turn their focus to wedding bouquet, where they make most money. $3.50 for s,m,l dim sum on weekend and $3.15 for weekday. Wont be here again for dim sum if I don't hear other saying good stuff about it.
Always come here with my family. Food and price is great. Their dim sum is above average, good variety with the traditional Cantonese dim sums available. They have a valet parking available in the back and a very noticeable entrance on Main Street with a take out section on the bottom floor and the main dining section on the second floor with elevator access. I do recommend coming here to try some traditional dim sum. However, beware of coming here on the weekends. Anytime past 10am expect a long wait.
East Buffet is famous Restaurant arround Quenn Boulevard .
$10 per lobster. Used to be cheaper but still great price. Just eat here before the price goes up. You can thank me later.
Solid Chinese food. Upstairs is the buffet and "nicer" restaurant and downstairs is the more low key basic restaurant. Food is reliably good. Bathrooms are horrible as they typically are in flushing.
One of my favorite dim sum places to eat. Have all of my fav dishes. If you have the chance to come over the weekdays, it is extremely cheap.
This spot is worth trying. They have big portions for convenient prices. Constantly clean and with fantastic atmosphere. Will come visit again.
Would definitely recommend visiting this place. Awesome mood, delicious food, great service. They never disappoint.
I just enjoyed their food. I always get great customer service here. The place is well kept and the employees are always very kind. Will visit here again.
Great authentic Chinese food. The ginger and scallion lobster and roast duck is a must have.
Fresh foods and decent prices
Love to eat here for lunches! 3 dishes special is amazing. Get their lobster omg.
The take out is second to noneRoast pork over rice is my daugther's and wife favor!!
The place at the entrance has a great selection of duck, pork and chicken dishes along a variety of ready cooked Chinese dishes. Try the Pork with noodles soup, my absolute favorite. The place at the first floor serve the best Dumplings and Dim Sums in Flushing, not to mention the friendly staff and good service. My favorite place in Flushing main street.
I tried Dim Sum here and I should say it is the best one in terms of choice. I saw some rare dim sum in the place: not every dim sum restaurant is making them now. Moreover, you could order Roasted Pork here, it was the replica of Beijing duck but in the form of pork. Very tasty.
Wonderful venue. Great food!
Good food, great atmosphere, well managed and only needs a few more vegetables varieties. Came to look for this restaurant specifically from recommendations from my Chinese relatives. Look forward to coming again.
There is little to no air-conditioning in the restaurant. Food is hit or miss depending on if it's from yesterday's dim sum. Only thing good is it has parking. Use to be good, but not anymore.
It has good authentic Chinese food and it has pretty good customer service. There are occasional flies, but other than that, it’s good.
Good traditional Chinese food.
The word buffet means food READY TO GO. Maybe there's some cultural reason I'd enjoy visiting this place with someone of Korean or Chinese descent....but as your average American citizen just looking for a spot to enjoy some chicken and broccoli this was an offensive bait and switch... and before you criticize this post for being racist or shallow take a good long look in the mirror and recognize its you, not me, who made it possible for Trump to be president.
Convenient location but medicore dim sum
It's really okay, the duck stood out the most
Don't even never have party or wedding here! Dishonest ownwr/shareholders does not keep his promise, change price at the last minute, taking advantage whenever have chances.
It's great Chinese food . But place is a bit old looking . Need to improve on the interior design . And good choice also needs to be changed to be more modern .
Dated .. although the roast pork and rice is very good. The wonton noodle soup is not worth the seven dollars.
Would definitely recommend trying this place. Fantastic character, fresh food, fantastic service. Keep it up.
So far, one of the best Cha-time over all Flushing. (Generally)
A good place to have steamy hot delicious dim sum. Good service overall with a big dinning area. But unfortunately this restaurant is not a cooler place as the restaurant owners choose to be very stingy on the air - conditioning in NYC hot summertime. In fact they hardly turn on the AC as we were all sweating through our brunch. This place just lost a star for comfort!!!!!
Great customer service. Food is delicious!!
Excellent food. Always crowded especially on weekends
Attended a banquet at East. Nice presentation, but the food was only decent in my books. Bathrooms were not the cleanest.
Everything time when I’m in town I come to this place and get some delicious roast duck. But I have to say the customer service is horrible, especially the lady at the register and the lady who’s taking orders at the next to the window. Learn some manners!!
Great food, very clean and delicious.
